A friend of mine has an Xbox 360 that didn't work.

There were lots of sites and YouTube videos out there, but nothing I tried would fix the problem.

I was directed to a guy named Jonathan Siegert while asking for help in 24hoursupport.helpdesk.

I wrote to Mr. Siegert and he exuded confidence.
He actually tried very hard, since I was game, to walk me though fixing the Xbox by myself.
When finally I had to concede, he quoted be an incredibly reasonable price to fix the damned thing and I was confident, judging by his manner, that he was up to the task. I sent off the broken and useless machine and before I knew it, Jonathan mailed it back all clean and working! My friend was happy.

I'm putting up this link to his website because I'm a capitalist and also own a small business, and I believe that people who do a good job deserve recognition and reward.
